Squishy Pell
With COVID putting an end to fighter practice it was time to upgrade my pell. The Century BOB XL was more than I wanted to spend but is certainly a lot of fun to play with and will make due until I can hit my friends again.
Barry and Duke Dietrich got me interested in doing pell Tabata workouts. The exercise I do is 4 rounds of 8 intervals where each interval is 20 seconds of fighting followed by 10 seconds of rest. By the end I’m exhausted and my grip strength is going but they’re certainly fun. Here’s an example of a 20 second interval from early on in the rounds.
